Privacy should be understandable. Each product has its own privacy information because each product works differently.
VAULT'D
Vault'd Privacy Policy

Vault'd is built by Never Wonder Labs as a private, local-first ownership record. Vault'd does not require an account. Your Assets, evidence, notes, care plans, reminders and ownership history are stored on your device. Never Wonder Labs does not receive, sell or use that information for advertising or tracking.
Information stored by Vault'd
Vault'd stores the information you choose to enter, including Asset identity, purchase and warranty details, notes, care history, relationships, incidents, custody, stewardship guidance and ownership transitions. Photos, PDFs, manuals, receipts and other selected evidence are preserved locally as part of your Vault.
Camera, Photos and Files
Vault'd accesses the camera only when you choose to take a photo. Photos and Files are accessed only when you explicitly select an item to import. Imported originals stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Text recognition
Optional text recognition runs locally on your device using Apple Vision and starts only after an explicit action. Recognized text is shown for review and never silently overwrites existing data. The original file remains the authoritative evidence. No document is sent to Never Wonder Labs or a remote AI service for recognition.
Notifications
If you grant permission, Vault'd schedules local notifications for care plans and reminders you create. Notification scheduling occurs on your device. Vault'd does not operate a remote notification service.
App Lock
Optional App Lock uses a six-digit code stored in the device Keychain and may use Face ID through Apple's Local Authentication framework. Never Wonder Labs cannot see, retrieve or reset your code or biometric data.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Never Wonder Labs does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock Vault'd Pro; Apple's own privacy policy applies to App Store transactions.
Backups, exports and sharing
Vault'd creates a local backup or sharing package only when you ask. You choose its destination through Apple's system interfaces. Backup format version 1 is not encrypted by Vault'd and may contain sensitive information, so it should be stored and transferred carefully.
Analytics, tracking and advertising
Vault'd contains no advertising SDK, cross-app tracking or Never Wonder Labs analytics service. We do not build a profile of your belongings or app usage.
Retention and deletion
Your Vault remains on your device until you delete records or remove the app. Exports and backups remain wherever you chose to save them and must be deleted there separately. Never Wonder Labs cannot recover locally deleted records or a forgotten App Lock code.
Support communications
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. Do not send private evidence, App Lock codes, full serial numbers or financial documents unless strictly necessary. Support correspondence is used only to answer and maintain the service, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Children
Vault'd is not designed to collect personal information from children through an online service. Because the app is local-first and account-free, Never Wonder Labs does not knowingly receive a child's Vault data.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. A change to this policy does not silently upload existing Vault data.

This website
Never Wonder Again is a static website hosted by Netlify. The site does not use advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, forms or third-party embeds. App screenshots and icons are hosted with the site; viewing them does not contact Apple’s image service. It does not set a Never Wonder Labs marketing or analytics cookie. It uses system fonts and does not load fonts from an external font provider.
Netlify may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure the website. That processing is governed by Netlify's own privacy terms. Selecting an email link opens your email application; any message you send is then processed by your email provider and ours.
Wonder Labs contact and your rights
Wonder Labs maintains this website. Contact privacy@neverwonderagain.com about personal information you send to us. We use support messages to respond to your request, retain them for as long as reasonably necessary for support, security and applicable legal obligations, and process them through our email provider.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, or complain to your data-protection authority. App information stored only on your device is not accessible to Wonder Labs; requests to us concern information we actually hold, such as support correspondence.
Website delivery and security may involve Netlify request logs. Read Netlify’s privacy information. App Store links open Apple’s service, where Apple’s privacy practices apply.
